The ADAS system does rely on precise calibration. All vehicle manufacturers require camera recalibration to be completed after a windshield replacement to ensure the safety of your vehicle. The two types of camera recalibration are static and dynamic. Static calibrations must be done in shop as this process does require a controlled environment. Dynamic calibrations require the vehicle to be driven during the recalibration process. If your windshield replacement requires dynamic calibration, we may be able to offer mobile service, coming to your work or home address to replace and recalibrate in one appointment.
